Local Teens teach life-saving skills to kids

While many youngsters are using the summer as an opportunity to hang out around the pool and have fun, three local teens are busy teaching them how to stay safe.

Three friends - Sanath Seetharam, Suhaan Sharma and Sahil Bagai, all sophomores at Brophy College Preparatory - are using the summer to grow their organization Life Savers Phoenix, which teaches kids between the ages of 8 and 12 life-saving skills.

They’ve been traveling around to community centers, public libraries across the Valley and even the Ekta Mandir Hindu Temple teaching over 400 kids so far how to stay safe while having a good time.
