Another confrontation between local activist Steve Sutton and Scottsdale City Councilman Barry Graham resulted in the police being called.
This time it was Sutton who called the authorities on Graham.
Sutton said he was standing on the sidewalk in front of a campaign rally for Graham at the Marshall Gallery in Old Town Nov. 10 seeking signatures for his petition to stop the city from building a parking garage in front of the old adobe mission near First Street and Brown Avenue when Graham confronted him around 5:30 p.m.
