Women's chous Vocal Connection is hosting a guest night on Nov. 7 to attract new singers to the group. The event will run from 7:00 - 9:30 p.m. at Seton Catholic Preparatory, 1150 N. Dobson Road in Chandler.

Members do not need to know how to read music in order to join, according to a release. Those of different vocal abilities are welcome to attend, and benefits of joining the group include vocal training and music education.

Vocal Connection is one of many choruses under the singing organization, Sweet Adeline’s International. According to the news release, the organization has 20,000 members in over 500 choruses and 900 quartets across the globe.

Vocal Connection performs at various venues throughout the community and focuses on four-part a cappella and barbershop harmonies.
