Litchfield water company asserts customer responsible for low water pressure

A water company serving Litchfield Park and parts of Goodyear told the state Tuesday it is not responsible for maintaining fire flow water requirements to some stakeholder's structures, maintaining it is the responsibility of the developer to ensure adequate fire flow to residents of the historic town.

In a letter submitted to an ACC water engineer, Liberty Utilities President Moses Thompson said the company was not responsible for the declination of water pressure within structures in Litchfield Park.
