Litchfield Park council approves $45.2M tentative budget for fiscal 2022

Final adoption steps set for July 7 and 21

The Litchfield Park City Council unanimously approved a $45.2 million tentative budget for fiscal 2022 that is more than double its 2021 budget.

“That’s because this does include $26 million for the City Center, as well as debt payment of $780,000,” city Finance Director Paige Peterson told the council June 16 during its regular virtual meeting.

The city’s fiscal 2021 budget is $19.7 million.
