Weekly COVID-19 cases in Litchfield Park up 223 to 1,630

ADHS director urges people to distance, wear masks

The number of new weekly cases reported in Litchfield Park’s 85340 ZIP code continues to surge, with 223 new cases reported by the Arizona Department of Public Health over the week ending Friday, Dec. 11.

The number of new weekly cases reported by ADHS on Dec. 4 was 151, up from 89 reported Nov. 27 and 72 reported Nov. 20.

This week’s 223 cases represent a 15.8% increase over last Friday and 2.0% increase over Thursday.
