Litchfield Elementary district looks to contract out teacher evaluation system

Litchfield Elementary School District approved a team to search for a new teacher evaluation system that may cost up to $125,000 annually.

The district's governing board approved the motion on March 7 to find an evaluation system based on the rationale of finding an approach to rate all school employees, not just teachers.

One of the two dissenting votes came from school board member Jeremy Hoenack.
