A Litchfield Elementary School District board member stormed out of a meeting Tuesday after disparaging the board over an agenda item.
Board member Jeremy Hoenack objected to an agenda item approving a narrative from an Aug. 18 study session where he allegedly said the public school system did not work.
“Board member Jeremy Hoenack said that staffing shortages are not an isolated thing. He also said that the public school system doesn't work,” states the agenda item. “If everyone had the ability to send their students to private schools, they would.”
