Linda Maddox Graham, 83, passed away on July 6 ,2022 in Chaparral Winds Assisted Living in Surprise, AZ, formally of Sun City Az, after a long illness.
Linda was born in Port Huron Michigan 1939 the daughter of Rosemary Burke Maddox and Marion, Ron, Maddox long time Port Huron residents. Linda graduated from Port Huron High School in 1956 she received her diploma of nursing from the Bellevue School of Nursing in New York City and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the College of St. Francis in Joliet, Illinois. In a career that spanned 43 years Linda has served in a variety of positions including staff nurse, head nurse, supervisor, clinical instructor, nursing in-service educational coordinator, clinical director, psychiatric nurse administrator and assistant director of nursing. She is survived by her sister Susan Maddox Sommers of Sun City Arizona and her two brothers Craig M Maddox Acworth Georgia and Bruce W Maddox Carolina Shores North Carolina, and many nieces and nephews. Linda’s husband Bobby O Graham past away many years ago. Her wishes were to have her ashes spread in the Atlantic Ocean.
