The word “homeless” is a major misnomer. The correct word is “unhousable.”

What we have in Sun City are stage 4 alcoholics, heroin addicts, meth addicts, fentanyl addicts, convicted felons, sex offenders and criminals running from the law.

They’re unemployable and unhousable because no business owner or landlord in their right mind would give them a job or rent to them, and no bank would finance them.
Would you rent out your spare bedroom to any of them?
As you should know, commercial businesses in Sun City are totally immune from any Recreation Centers of Sun City or Sun City Home Owners Association rules, regulations or covenants.
The commercial businesses know it, and will laugh in your face if you tell them you will report them to RCSC or SHOA. The numerous “unhousable” felons, alcoholics, drug addicts and fugitives roaming Sun City know it too.
They use commercial properties like Sun Bowl Plaza and the Grand Avenue commercial strip businesses to avoid Sun City regulations.
If you would like a scary experience, just drive the alleys behind the Verizon store or Burger King after dark.
