“The Library Giving Tree is a new idea from one of our team members,” Sue Van Horne, library assistant manager, said.
“We wanted to do something to help our patrons who are experiencing homelessness, and we are sure that Chandler residents and our library guests will show their generosity this holiday season.”
In addition to the ornaments with specific items, there also is a sign by the tree listing other donation needs.
