Level Up Scottsdale has renewed and amended its permit with the city to continue operating a medical marijuana dispensary.
On Feb. 16, the Scottsdale City Council approved on consent the updated conditional-use permit, which includes extended hours of operation for the dispensary at 14980 N. 78th Way, suite 204 and 207.
Level Up Scottsdale’s new hours are 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. The request to expand its hours from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. comes after the Scottsdale City Council changed its zoning ordinance to allow medical marijuana dispensaries to operate as late as 10 p.m.
