We read with interest your recent article (“Street racers invading Sun City,” Surprise Independent, Dec. 9).
By golly, we have the same, or similar, racers invading at least two of our main streets in Sun City Grand as well. Our home backs up to the intersection of Mountain View Boulevard and Sequoia Crest.
In late October, we became annoyed with at least one racer speeding eastbound on Mountain View at approximately 10 p.m. in the evening. In 15 minutes the racer returned westbound, speeding toward our Cimarron Center.
