Letter to the editor: Jets are important to West Valley

Frequently I’m not sure exactly what I hear when the new president is being interviewed.
Some of it doesn’t make a lick of sense, I have to admit.
But today I heard a short piece with him and it was very easy to understand that he fully endorses the F-35 fighter jet and will ensure that America’s air superiority will be maintained as long as he is in office.
He was explaining that the budget increases go a long way to assure they will to continue to be built and protect us.
This is extremely important for those of us here in the West Valley, who continue to love the sound of freedom above our heads.
Having Luke Air Force Base out here is a boon to our economy, and having the president assure us that the planes flying out of Luke will continue to be a priority for him, well that’s just even better.
