Our Asset Preservation $10 Million Shootout Golf Classic is coming up soon on May 12 at Trilogy Golf Club in Vistancia. There’s a shotgun start at 12:30 p.m. with a buffet dinner following. Ten lucky golfers will be drawn after the rounds are completed for each take a swing for a hole-in-one to win $1 million. Of those 10, the closest to the pin will win $1,000 cash!
This year we added more excitement with all golfers getting to participate in a 3-putt putting contest – sink a putt from 10 feet, then 30 feet and then 50 feet and you can win $30,000 cash! If more than one person makes all three putts ties will be broken by cutting cards.
Foursomes are $500 and individual golfers are $125.

If you haven’t heard already, we have a special guest for our chamber luncheon on May 10 at Arizona Broadway Theater. We are very honored to have Secretary of State Michele Reagan discussing the 2017 legislative agenda and her ongoing efforts to modernize Arizona’s Business Services Division.
Last but not least, we are looking for people to help us plan our 98th Anniversary Celebration & Community Awards Banquet to be held the last week of June. Our goal is to continue to find the families of the people who settled in Peoria in the earliest beginnings and have them share with us stories of their family history. Please call the office at 623-979-3601 if you would like to help plan this fun event.
