Leta Ellis, 99 Leta Ellis, 99, of Mesa, passed away Nov. 28, 2007 in Mesa. Mrs. Ellis worked as a retail grocer. She is survived by a step-daughter, Renae Christensen; step-son Jerald Ellis; 9 grandchildren and 31 great grandchildren. Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 1 at Melcher Mission Chapel, 6625 E. Main St. Visitation will be one hour prior to services.Melcher Mission Chapel handled arrangements.Apache Junction Mortuary handled arrangements.
