Leonard R. Roth

Leonard "Len" R. Roth, passed away on Monday, January 29, 2018. He was born in Allensville, PA on December 4, 1938 to the late Irvin and Lena Roth. Len worked in the aerospace industry for many years; the last 17 years were spent at Allied Signal (Honeywell) prior to his retirement. He was a member of Trinity Mennonite Church, Glendale. Len is survived by his wife Joy; daughter, Karen Leichty; stepson, Darren Fry; two sisters, Sara Detweiler & Marjorie Yoder; six grandchildren: Kyle, Kendall, Joseph, Erika, Matthew & Colton; two step-granddaughters, Caitlin Royston & Lauren Fry; and three great-grandchildren: Hadley, Leighton & William.In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his first wife, Elsie; son, Kenneth; and brother, Jay.Family and friends are invited to a viewing on Friday, February 2, 2018 from 5:00-7:00 P.M. at West Resthaven Funeral Home, 6450 W. Northern Avenue, Glendale. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 3, 2018 at 10:00 A.M. at Trinity Mennonite Church, 4434 W. Vista, Glendale. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to House of Refuge, 9844 N. 7th Place, Phoenix, AZ 85020.
