Leonard A. Ruksha

Leonard A. Ruksha, 89, passed away January 6, 2018 in Surprise, AZ. He was born on July 3, 1928 in Chicago, IL.Leonard was a Railroad Switchman for 40+ years and a Korean War Veteran, Receiving the Purple Heart and Bronze Star.He was a member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church and a dedicated Ohio State Buckeye Fan. In 1996 he moved to Arizona from Oak Lawn, IL.Leonard was preceded in death by his wives Marion and Jeanne. He is survived by his daughters, Linda Hurley and Gail (Bruce) McLain; step-daughters: Donna (Joe) Mazzocco, Karen (Jim) Smith and Mary Harris; 5 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.Services were held.
