As the dust settled on the Recreation Centers of Sun City board’s intent to suspend the Mountain View rebuild project, the body lost two of its members.
Dale Lehrer and Allan Lenefsky resigned from the board shortly after the first reading approval of a motion to suspend the project to rebuild Mountain View Center, 9749 N. 107th Ave. Lehrer and Lenefsky were the only two to vote “no” on the motion.
The board will consider the motion on a second reading during its next business meeting, 9 a.m. Thursday, March 30, in the auditorium at Sundial Center, 14801 N. 103rd Ave.
