Legacy Square apartments planned in Mesa

The four-story building is to be wrapped around a courtyard with outdoor and indoor amenities.

Legacy Square is to be on the west side of the 100 block of South Pomeroy and the north side of the 200 block of East Second Avenue in Mesa.

A multifamily development is to be constructed on 2.5 acres south of Main Street and west of Mesa Drive in Mesa.

The Mesa Design Review Board on Oct. 8 discussed the look and landscaping for the Legacy Square development. Board Chair Dane Astle was absent.

A 110-unit apartment building is planned, Staff Planner Jennifer Merrill said during the meeting.
