Cultural and artistic expression was on display March 11 as people from throughout the Valley convened in Surprise to share their talents at the IMPRINT Festival, featuring dancers, musicians and artists of all ages.
Held near the Arts HQ Gallery, the West Valley Arts Council presented the free six-hour festival with the support of community partners/sponsors, including On Stage Now Entertainment, Surprise Community Outreach, Anderson Windows, APS, SRP and National Endowment for the Arts.
Artist/designer Tara Harley, participating in the IMPRINT festival for the first time, was among several vendors showcasing artwork. The nurse and licensed business owner tapped into her artistic talents during the height of the pandemic.
