Half of all new growth in the Phoenix metropolitan area will take place in the West Valley during the next 20 years.
With that will come the maturation of its freeway corridors, where much of the Valley’s commerce will occur in the coming decades.
A group of Valley leaders recently came together for a virtual forum hosted by Westmarc to discuss the future of the West Valley’s economic development along a number of key corridors, focusing on health care along Interstate 10, entertainment along Loop 101, manufacturing and mixed-use along Loop 303 and technology along Loop 202.
