One of the three candidates runing for the Arizona House District 8 Senate seat responded to the Daily Independent’s questionnaire regarding their candidacy for the 2024 election.
Legislative District 8 includes parts of Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Phoenix and the Salt River Pima - Maricop Indian Reservation.
Lauren Kuby is running as a Democrate for the seat. Also seeking election are Democrat Ivan Pemberton and Republican Roxana Holzapfel. Incumbent Melody Hernandez, a Democrat, is not seeking re-election.
