A class-action discrimination lawsuit against Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. Arizona was amended to include more plaintiffs in the case, according to court documents.
The amended lawsuit added more than 25 names in a complaint filed June 30 that alleges TSMC “has a cultural preference” for Taiwanese employees.
The company, which has begun producing semiconductor chips at its north Phoenix plant this year, says it has worked to find an inclusive workforce at its U.S. operations, including those in the Valley.
