Larry Roullard, 62Larry Douglas (Chavis) Roullard, 62, of Apache Junction, passed away Aug. 2, 2007.He served in the U.S. Navy from 1962 to 1968. He moved from Washington state to Apache Junction in the late 1990"s.A truck driver for 40 years, he drove for several local construction companies in the Valley.In May, 2006, he began his battle with cancer, which ended at Hospice of the Valley"s Arbor Rose in Mesa.He is survived by his wife, Judy Roullard; mother-in-law, Alice Brunson of Apache Junction; daughter Laurie Taylor; son, Wayne Chavis of Tacoma, Wash.; daughter, Rachel Wycoff of Elizabeth, Colo.; daughter, Jamie Dennee; son, Troy Barber of Mesa; six grandchildren; nieces and nephews and many more family and friends who will all truly miss him.A special thanks from the family to the staff of the Carl T. Hayden VA Hospital and the staff of Hospice of the Valley.A private celebration of Larry"s life will follow in the coming weeks.
