Two industrial buildings totaling more than 212,000 square feet are to be constructed on 14 acres east of Ellsworth Road on the north side of Elliot Road in Mesa.
The Mesa Planning and Zoning Board on Oct. 13 voted unanimously in a consent agenda with other items to recommend the city council approve a site plan review for the development. Board member Shelly Allen was absent from the meeting.
The property’s zoning is light industrial with a planned area development overlay, Mesa Planner Charlotte Bridges said in a study session prior to the meeting.
