A new veterinary clinic that will provide intensive, emergency and specialty care for cats and dogs is opening in Queen Creek next month.

Arizona Regional, Intensive Care, Specialty & Emergency, or ARISE, Veterinary Center has announced the completion of a new, two-story, 33,000 square foot veterinary facility on the southeast corner of Rittenhouse and Ellsworth roads within the Heritage Town Square commercial center, according to a press release.

ARISE Veterinary Center’s specialists, veterinarians and support staff will begin treating cats and dogs on Thursday, Dec. 8.  The facility will employ more than 100 veterinary care professionals and clinical staff.

A new veterinary clinic that will provide intensive, emergency and specialty care for cats and dogs is opening in Queen Creek next month.

Arizona Regional, Intensive Care, Specialty & Emergency, or ARISE, Veterinary Center has announced the completion of a new, two-story, 33,000 square foot veterinary facility on the southeast corner of Rittenhouse and Ellsworth roads within the Heritage Town Square commercial center, according to a press release.

ARISE Veterinary Center’s specialists, veterinarians and support staff will begin treating cats and dogs on Thursday, Dec. 8.  The facility will employ more than 100 veterinary care professionals and clinical staff. 

ARISE Veterinary Center is located at 21419 S. Ellsworth Road. Construction of the clinic began in August 2021 with Ryan Companies US Inc. as the builder of the project.

Completion the veterinary center will bring emergency and specialty medical care for cats and dogs in Queen Creek, San Tan Valley and surrounding areas.

In addition to 24/7 emergency services, an Internal medicine specialist and a radiologist will be available to treat pets, the release stated.

There is space to expand the specialty offerings to include: anesthesiology, cardiology, dentistry, dermatology, neurology, oncology, ophthalmology and surgery services.

ARISE Veterinary Center will treat pets utilizing advanced medical equipment and diagnostic tools, including a 128-slice computed tomography, ultrasound, endoscope, radiograph, and a GE Mobile Magnetic Resonance Imaging Unit.

The clinic has 34 exam rooms, five dedicated surgery suites, administrative offices, client visiting spaces, and a 2,000-squar- foot conference center for additional learning opportunities.

“We are so excited to join the Queen Creek community offering specialty veterinary medicine within the largest, most advanced state-of-the-art facility in Arizona,” stated Dr. Brandi Mattison, medical director of the center, in the release. “Extensive collaboration between specialists and your primary care veterinarian will allow best patient care and outcomes.”
