One is his pointing out Donald Trump’s admiration of President Jackson, who, like Trump, he suggests was a “wartime president.” Look at Jackson’s wars. They were wars against native American tribes who lived on lands that their ancestors had lived on long before we white folks showed up.
Jackson’s Indian Removal Act has been described as ethnic cleansing, which is the use of force, terror and violence to make an area ethnically homogeneous. One of the things that came out of these wars has been called the “Trail of Tears.” Look it up.
Jackson was also a slave owner and worse (in my opinion), a slave trader. He owned 150 slaves at the time of his death. In an 1804 advertisement to recover a runaway slave, he offered “ten dollars extra, for every hundred lashes any person will give him” up to three hundred lashes. All Mr. Reilly’s statements do, to me, is reinforce the idea that Trump seems to admire racists.
As far as “being guided by God” goes, my looking at the Scriptures suggests to me that Trump much closer fits the description of the antichrist, the fake messiah, than anything else.
And if gold is “God’s money,” why is China the leading producer of it with Russia right behind China? What was God thinking?
