SURPRISE - Kristen Kee Cook, of Surprise, formerly of Colorado Springs, Colo., and Olney, Md., passed away on Feb. 5, 2012. She is survived by her husband Jack, of 48 years; her nieces, Kelly and Kimberly from the Los Angeles area, as well as numerous relatives and friends around the country. A memorial service was scheduled for 11 a.m., Saturday, Feb. 11, 2012, at the Grace Community Church, Surprise.
