Korean fast food restaurant opens first Phoenix location

Korean fast-food restaurant bb.q Chicken is celebrating its first Phoenix location with a grand opening celebration 6-8:30 p.m.  Saturday, May 30, at 305 E. Thomas Road.

With free tastings of their crispy Korean fried chicken and other fan-favorite K-foods, samplings of beer and soju for those 21 and older, and other fun activities, the grand opening event is the perfect way to cap off Asian American and Pacific Islander Month, the company stated in a news release.

The restaurant has been open since March 2. It includes a drive-thru window.
