A representative of Benefitness Adaptive Gym located inside Benevilla, 16752 N. Greasewood St., Surprise shared all the benefits seniors can get from utilizing this facility. Adaptive fitness sets exercises in accordance with a seniors’ ability.
According to the representative, Benefitness can serve those with different abilities and special considerations, and with ongoing clinical needs and that can open the door to many other things.
