Kenneth H LaBelle

Kenneth H LaBelle of Sun City, AZ, passed away peacefully and into the arms of our Lord on March 21, 2022 with his wife and children by his side. He was born July 14, 1931 in Wilson, MI, the son of Henry and Emma (LaVign) LaBelle. He was preceded in death by his father, mother and 5 of his 7 sisters. Ken married the love of his life, Marjorie Peterson and they settled in Woodstock, IL until they retired in AZ. They celebrated 70 wonderful years of marriage in October 2021. Ken is survived by his beloved wife Marjorie, his 5 children, Kenneth LaBelle, Candace (Edward) Bentley, Connie (Paul) Weathersby, Pamela (Tim) Fisher and Thomas (Jeannie) LaBelle, 15 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 2 of his 7 sisters. Dad was very proud of his children and their families and was greatly loved by all of his family. Ken spent the first 19 years of his life working on his parents farm in Wilson MI. After Ken married, he worked as a bricklayer in IL where he became a masonry supervisor running big construction projects at WM Tonyan & Sons. Later, Ken owned his own business, LaBelle's’ Masonry that he was very proud of. He was a loyal lifetime member of the Harvard Moose Lodge #1289. His hobbies included fishing, traveling and spending time with his family. A Celebration of Life will be held at Sunland Mortuary on April 18, 2022 at 1 pm.
