KB Home plans to move headquarters from LA to East Valley

Relocation set for spring 2027

KB Home is relocating its corporate headquarters from Los Angeles to Tempe.

The new headquarters will be located at Hayden Ferry Lakeside in Tempe in the spring of next year,  company officials announced this week.

The headquarters will bring “executive leadership and key corporate functions together in a more central location that will lower the company's cost structure over time,” a KB Home release stated.
