Kathy Chambers was born April 8th, 1955 to Delmer and Miriam Miller of Saskatoon. She graduated from Mount Royal Collegiate Institute in 1973. After graduating from Kelsey Tech, Kathy pursued and advanced in the field of medical laboratory sciences across Canada, before starting her own company specializing in laboratory project management. Kathy excelled in her career, winning awards in her field and often was asked to speak at conferences worldwide. Kathy loved to be with her family, walk her dogs, and happily played in her gardens where ever she lived. Later, in semi-retirement, she took up the sport of pickleball and learned to make stained glass art.She was predeceased by her mother and father, and she will be sadly missed by her family, husband Mark, son Josh, daughter Allison, sister Donna, friends and colleagues.A celebration of life service will be held in Kelowna. A video stream will be available on Facebook. Please contact a family member or friend for details. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the BC Cancer Foundation or local SPCA.
