Youth riding scooter injured after collision with police car near Peoria High School

A juvenile riding a scooter was injured after a traffic collision with a police car near this intersection Thursday morning.

A juvenile riding a scooter was injured after a traffic collision with a police car near Peoria High School Thursday morning.

The student was taken to the hospital with minor injuries, police said.

The officer in the marked Peoria Police patrol vehicle was not injured in the collision, police said.
