June F. Wetzel

June F. Wetzel, 73June F. Wetzel of Peoria passed away May 1, 2007. She was born in Newark, N.J., and graduated from Irvington High School. June was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Edison, N.J. They moved to Arizona in 1997 from Edison. Ms. Wetzel was an extraordinary quilt maker and participated in the Ventana Lakes sewing club. She is survived by her husband, Donald; two sons, Glen of Surprise, Ariz., and Steven of New Egypt, N.J.; and six grandchildren, Andrew, Christopher, Daniel, Billy, Steven and Holly. Memorial services were held Monday May 7 at Camino del Sol Funeral Chapel in Sun City West, Ariz. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix, AZ. 85014-6900.
