June Ardell Lewis, 1926-2018.June A. Lewis of Peoria, Arizona, formerly of Fairless Hills, Pittsburgh, and Sun City. Born on June 15, 1926, died December 7, 2018.Beloved mother, wife and grandmother, she kept a beautiful home for her husband and children. She was an accomplished seamstress and quilter.She was married for 50 years to Thomas Reese Lewis, Jr., who predeceased her on December 6, 1996. June is survived by her daughter, Kathy (Michael O'Sullivan) of Columbus; her son, Thomas R. (Debbie) Lewis Ill of Colorado Springs; four grandchildren; her close friends, Glo, Pat, and many others.She was a member of Sun City Christian Church. June died knowing that she would be received into Heaven to be reunited with her beloved husband Tom.Services will be held on Friday, December 14 at 11:00 A.M. in the chapel at The Monticeto, 8550 W. Continental Dr., Peoria, AZ 85382. Gifts in June's memory may be made to the Sun City Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) 9745 W. Palmeras Dr., Sun City, AZ 85373.
