Julia Fremon Bierdeman

Julia F. Bierdeman, daughter of Jules A. and Clara (Herbst) Fremon, born December 15, 1923 in St. Louis, MO passed away at her Sun City, AZ home April 22, 2023 following a long illness. She was 99 years old. Julia was the loving wife of Theodore Carl Bierdeman and mother of Karen B. Carleton of Valparaiso, IN, Theodore K. Bierdeman of Three Rivers, MI, and Carl F. Bierdeman of Colorado Springs, CO.

Julia will be remembered for her love of family, her loving-kindness to others, her instrumental and vocal musical skills and activities, sewing, knitting, crocheting, and cooking and baking. She was intelligent, creative, and energetic who loved and lived a full life, the foundation of which was her faith in God and salvation through Jesus Christ. Having suffered in her last years from a severe dementia, she is now with God in heaven, her mind fully restored.

Julia is survived by her children and son-in-law, Forrest V. Carleton, seven grandchildren (and spouses), eleven great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews (and spouses). Memorial services were held in Sun City, AZ and Valparaiso, IN.
