Juanita Deland, 92Juanita Deland, 92, a former resident of Sun City West, died in Banning, Calif., on Feb. 16, 2007. She was a registered nurse and a registered physical therapist and owned a physical therapy business in Pasadena, Calif., for more than 25 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerard Deland. She is survived by three children, five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren, all living in California. Services have been held in Redlands, Calif.
