Lot split

Joshua Tree Lane right-of-way questions emerge

The lot split of a Joshua Tree Lane property could meet all the town’s development standards if the Town of Paradise Valley abandons and sells two feet of the adjoining right-of-way.

Paradise Valley Town Council previously leaned toward denying the lot split of the 2.023-acre property at 5639 E. Joshua Tree Lane after review in April and May earlier this year.

They motioned to continue the item to determine if selling ROW to the applicant would eliminate proposed deviations, which it does.
