Joshua Tree Lane lot split garners little support from Paradise Valley officials

The request for a lot split of a 2-acre parcel on Joshua Tree Lane is not supported by Paradise Valley Planning Commission or Town Council members as it deviates from the general plan and town code.

The Planning Commission reviewed the request in April and forwarded a recommendation of denial to Town Council.

Town Council looked at the recommendation May 11 and will vote on the request May 25.
