Jon T. Midkiff was born August 25, 1938 in Brinkley, Arkansas. Tom, as he was known to all, was gently guided to eternal rest on September 30, 2018 in AZ.Tom will be deeply missed by his children: Cathy McCullough and her husband Mike, Kristie Kohl, Kevin Midkiff; brother, Mike Midkiff and his wife Pat; as well as cousins; nephews/nieces; grandchildren; and many dear friends.He is preceded in death by his mother, Irene (Mo); father, Sam; and older brother, Kenneth Midkiff.As a former Marine, Tom loved his country and family as much as he loved the great outdoors. Tom was an avid fisherman, and nature enthusiast with a kind, humble spirit, and great sense of humor.A celebration of his life will take place, with details pending.
