Kinnard, 48, of Queen Creek, passed away May 25, 2008 in Phoenix, Ariz.Ms. Kinnard, an insurance agent, was born in Mesa, Ariz.Survivors include her significant other, Charles Clark; daughter, Gina Kinnard; parents, John Rodgers, Muriel Garcia; sisters, Samantha, Diane, Leigh; brothers, Jason, Scott, David and Brian.Melcher Mission Chapel handled arrangements.
