PEORIA - Former Massachusetts resident John J. Hayes, passed away Feb. 6, 2012. His sense of humor and general nice-guyness will be missed by his wife of 56 years, Pauline; his two daughters, Maureen and Sharon; his son-in-law, David; his granddaughter, Kayla, and, of course, his many friends. A family observance of military funeral honors will take place at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona.
