Joan Doan, 77 Sun City resident Joan Doan died Nov. 17, 2007. Born in Baltimore, Ms. Doan was retired and moved to Arizona in 1984 from Maryland. She is survived by her long-time companion, Bill Pfirrman; a daughter, Sue Doan of Baltimore; two sons, Chuck Doan and Jason Doan, both of Baltimore; and two grandchildren.The family asks memorial contributuons be made to Hospice of Arizona, 2222 W. Northern Ave., Suite A100, Phoenix, Ariz. 85021.
