Jo Wayne Frink

SUN CITY - Jo Wayne Frink passed away on May 25, 2013 at Hospice of the Valley, Peoria, Arizona. She was born on January 18, 1936 in Cawood, Ky., the daughter of Wayne and Maurine (Eldridge) Surber. She was a member of the Congregational Church of Sun City. She attended school in Stanford, Illinois where she was very active. She was also active in her church and in the community. She married Howard Frink in Bloomington, Ill. where they made their home for many years. She retired from Country Mutual Insurance Co. and they later moved to Arizona. She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband, Howard Frink; daughter Kyra Houston; granddaughters, Lisa and Lora Houston; sisters, Virginia Cottrell and Joy (Len) Roth; brother, J.D. Surber. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. A loving and caring person, Jo will be missed by her many friends and family. A service to celebrate her life will be held at the Congregational Church, 18401, N. 99th Ave., Sun City on October 28, 2013 at 10 a.m., Paster Anderson officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Valley or to her church.
