JFCS opens 4th integrated health care center

Phoenix site aims to help underserved

A long-running Valley nonprofit is committed to increasing access to medical services throughout Phoenix, particularly in the historically underserved West Valley.

Jewish Family & Children’s Service opened its fourth integrated health care center on June 3 — the culmination of the organization’s five-year goal, which was only slightly delayed by COVID-19.

The new 26,000-square-foot JFCS West Valley Healthcare Center is at 1840 N. 95th Ave. and offers behavioral health as well as primary medical care services in one place. Three other centers can be found in Maryvale, Glendale and Gilbert, two of which opened in 2020.
