The corporate headquarters at Jerit Automation Inc. is expanding south of Pecos Road and west of Ellsworth Road in Mesa.
The Mesa Design Review Board on Jan. 9 voted 6-0 to approve the design and site plan for a 0.9-acre industrial building addition in the Gateway Airport Commerce Park.
It was approved with five conditions noted in a staff report and a new condition to add additional wall articulation to the north facade to relate more with the south facade, which is to be reviewed by the city planning director.
