Jean M. Butterfield

SUN CITY WEST - Jean M. Butterfield, a 20-year resident of Sun City West and trained soloist, moved beyond this life on Jan. 31. Every place she lived she enjoyed people and they benefitted from it. She volunteered with Girl Scouts as well as at the local hospital, at church and in the neighborhoods. Jean now joins her late husband, George who left this life in 2001 having shared 61 years of marriage. Jean was Mother to three daughters now living in various parts of the country, Jean Henley, Linda Marshall (Tom) and Suzanne Olson. She was also grandmother to six and great-grandma to four. A memorial service will be on Saturday, Feb. 18, at 2:00 in the afternoon at Desert Palms Presbyterian church in Sun City West. In lieu of flowers remembrance donations would be appreciated by the Valley View food bank and the Sun City West Posse.
