January a mixed bag for Scottsdale real estate

January was a mixed month for Scottsdale’s real estate market compared to January 2024, according to data from Phoenix Realtors.

New listings were down 1.5% last month when compared to January 2024. There were 678 properties coming on the market last month, compared to 688 in January 2024.

In raw numbers, there were a 1,602 homes for sale in Scottsdale at the end of January compared to 1,349 in January 2024.
